The following exceptions apply:
- Normal wear and tear of parts, including:
- Brakes
- Tires
- Tubes
- Batteries
- Damage resulting from improper use
- Damage due to modifications, accidents, or mishandling
- Damage caused by external factors such as fire, dirt, or water
- Damage caused by repairs performed by the user; repairs and maintenance should only be carried out by trained professionals
- Damage caused by general wear and tear
