1. The Nature of the "Mystery Box"
By purchasing a Mystery Box, you acknowledge that apart for the scooter, the helmet, the bottle and the air compressor the specific contents are unknown at the time of purchase. While we guarantee that the total retail value of the items will meet or exceed the advertised price, individual items are selected at random.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the surprise nature of this product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges based on dissatisfaction with the specific items received, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
3. Odds and Availability
We do not guarantee the inclusion of any "chase" or "high-value" items unless explicitly stated. Any advertised "odds" of receiving a specific item are estimates based on total inventory.
4. Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the high-value items ("Chase Items") included in this Mystery Box series.
To enter without purchase, hand-print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and the name of the current Mystery Box series on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:
