Order Processing
Please allow one business day to process your order. Expect an email within 36 hours to let you know your order is on the way. 

Free Shipping - on orders over $300
Free shipping is offered on orders within the United States on any order over $300. Open Box/ Refurbished scooters are excluded. On refurbs we offer free shipping in California but charge $30/ $50 in the rest of the Lower 48, depending on the scooter weight. 

Flat Rate Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders below $300 standard shipping rates apply within the United States, this includes the Lower 48 and Alaska. 

Store Pickup - 1901 Sacramento Street, Los Angeles 90021, California
Orders can be picked up, from around 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday - but it must be scheduled in advance. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please call us before you arrive (details will be shared after ordering and selecting store pickup). 

International Shipping
We do not ship outside of the US at this time. Visit www.vmax-escooter.com to access the local VMAX stores in Switzerland, Germany and additional countries. 

Shipping Insurance
We recommend adding Route Shipping Insurance at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. It’s a small cost for peace of mind—just in case the unexpected happens.
