The following exceptions apply:
- Normal wear and tear of parts, including:
- Brakes
- Tires
- Tubes
- Batteries
- Damage resulting from improper use
- Damage due to modifications, accidents, or mishandling
- Damage caused by external factors such as fire, dirt, or water
- Damage caused by substandard or improper repair
- Damage caused by general wear and tear

A valid original proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. This allows us to verify the warranty status, confirm ownership, and ensure the item has not been subject to prior returns or payment disputes.
