How do you choose the right e-scooter for you?

An e-scooter makes getting from A to B much easier and more interesting - whether for commuting, short trips, or simply having more fun on the go. To help you find the right model, we show you the most important criteria here.

1. Range – how far do you want to go on a single charge?

First, think about how you plan to use your e-scooter, for example:

  • Daily commuting (e.g. 3 - 9 miles per trip)
  • Several short rides a day
  • Longer weekend rides

The farther you ride, the more important a large battery becomes. Our models cover a wide range of use cases - from the compact VX5 PRO with approx. 35 miles to the New VX4 with up to 68 miles of range.

2. Hill climbing ability – do you live in a hilly area?

If you live in a hilly city like San Francisco or a hilly state like Colorado, climbing performance plays a major role. If you regularly ride uphill, you need a powerful motor.

VX2 Gear

Up to approx. 38% incline - ideal for riders who need a hill climbing commuter scooter.

VX2 Hub

Up to approx. 35% incline - powerful yet pleasantly quiet.

New VX4

Up to approx. 40% incline - our flagship for demanding riders.

4. Weight - do you often need to carry your scooter or take it on public transport?

VX5 PRO – very lightweight

Approx. 35 lbs – perfect for commuting and frequent carrying.

VX2 PRO

Around 44 lbs – robust all-rounder with a strong motor and good range.

VX2 Gear

Around 49 lbs – a balanced combination of comfort and performance.

VX2 Hub

Approx. 55 lbs – lots of power & battery capacity when weight isn’t critical.

New VX4

Around 66 lbs – maximum range, stability & comfort.

Lighter models are more practical, while heavier models offer more power and range.

6. Riding feel – what suits your style?

  • Sporty & powerful: VX2 Hub, New VX4
  • Balanced & comfortable: VX2 Gear, VX2 PRO, VX2 Extreme
  • Light & compact: VX5 PRO
  • Long range: New VX4, VX2 Hub
