VMAX Monthly Thermos Bottle Raffle – Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to VMAX email and/or SMS updates, you agree to be entered into our monthly raffle for a chance to win one of three VMAX-branded thermos bottles. Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully:

1. Eligibility

  • The raffle is open to individuals aged 18 or older who reside in the United States or Canada. 

  • Only new email and/or SMS subscribers are eligible for entry.

2. How to Enter

  • Subscribe to VMAX email and/or SMS updates through the official VMAX website or campaign channels.

  • Each new subscription counts as one entry. Subscribing to both email and SMS does not increase your chances.

  • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Raffle Details

  • Three (3) winners will be randomly selected on or around the first business day of each month.

  • The draw includes all new subscribers from the previous calendar month.

  • Winners will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during subscription.

4. Prizes

  • Each winner will receive one (1) VMAX-branded thermos bottle. VMAX determines which bottle color a winner gets. 

  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

  • VMAX reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item of equal or greater value if necessary.

5. Winner Notification

  • Winners will be notified within 7 days of the draw.

  • If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, a new winner will be drawn.

  • By entering, winners consent to VMAX using their first name and state for promotional purposes (e.g., "Sandy from Florida").

6. Privacy

  • Subscriber information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy >>>.

  • Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties and will only be used for communications related to VMAX products, services, and promotions.

7. General Conditions

  • VMAX reserves the right to modify or terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice.

  • Participation in the raffle constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
